The Daily Hampshire Gazette is an American daily newspaper which circulates 6 days in a week and is based in Northampton, Massachusetts, United States. It is one of the oldest newspapers in the U.S.

History –

In the year, 1786 on September 6th, this newspaper was first published and it was owned by the DeRose family in 1929 up to 2005. It was owned by the Newspapers of New England and is running successfully. Basically, it was an afternoon newspaper and then changed to morning newspaper.

Dennis Skoglund is the publisher of the newspaper and Larry Parnass is the present editor for the Daily Hampshire Gazette. The newspaper publishes its news on broadsheet format.
